Communal Future Blindness

Imagine this as diagnose from the doctor when you expect her to tell you “oh you got a flu and just need a proper rest and ginger tea”. Instead, she says “you are suffering a communal Future Blindness", caused  by your past, which acts as a poison… hey, but don’t worry! Here is the antidote, BE PRESENT AND LIVE THE MOMENT!

2 pills of positivity and 2 of self care, and you will feel much better following day!”

Unfortunately, in the present moment I was caged by the past.

It took over me… and instead of looking at it as a lesson to be learnt, my mindset teleported my past experiences into the present as a punishment.

I could not function, my actions were intervened with fears and defensive mood. I was scared and hurt. I didn’t want to take off the veil just in case the pain will face me again and then I will again start hearing unwanted thoughts.

WE CAN BE REAL POISON IF WE ARE NOT AWARE OFF THE TOXICITY OF OUR THOUGHTS … All the problems were inside me! But with resilience and hard work I could catch myself.

Being present, practicing kindness and listening to my actions, step by step, I could identify  the root of the issue.

Accepting the fact that I am just a human, who has no superpowers and needs help from others as well as being really and open for changes.

I have been seeing a psychologist, I found faith and started investing time into my mental health. Meditating, aromatherapy, healthy nutrition, self talk, self awareness and looooooots of SELF LOVE!

After this process I dropped down a big heavy emotional baggage from the past and I set myself FREE to build a present and future I can enjoy more… not just me, everyone can join me, I recovered my real power and the dark times are just a little story.

Nothing is hard, it is just time and commitment, and If I could, you can too…

Are you brave enough to take the responsibility and commitment to discover who you really are?
